So excuse me for my latness of these posts. I leave at 8:04 on the train in the morning (so i wake up around 6:30) and I com back at around the same time >.< So I was too tired to write these, hence why I am doing it now. But here are how my days were ^^
Monday
Being my first day I was very excited. What happened was that Will, by boss, siad that I will be using the computer to update artist tours, their websites, myspace pages, etc. And that's what I did throughout the day though with a lunch break and meeting Karen and their other intern (who I have yet to find out her name) who are also very nice. That day I told Will about my video editing and how I may want to become a Music Video editor and he said he may show me some shots and ask for my opinion on it so that made me happy. He also gave me their artists CD's so that I can get to know them a bit more.
Tuesday
Today was more of a slow day. I went there early again (Monday was early by 15 minutes) and had most of the computer stuff done within an 2 hours. With nothing really to do I just kept searching for new information on the artists but just got the same thing over and over. I did meet Michael though who is nice and he is the...boss of all bosses in there, it is his management :) I also met one of the artists who we manage named Aimee Mann. The rest of the day though was slow and slightly boring truthfully.
Wednesday
Today was also a good day. Well, for me, whenever I walk in New York I feel like it's Saturday. When I got in a lot earlier (10:30 as oppsed to 10:45) I had stuff to do with updating websites and reading over Suzanne Vega's (an artist we also manage) newest CD just so it didn't have mistakes...which it turns out it did. Then I had to send a letter to another managment called Opus 3 and I did meet their intern and Booking Manager Neil, they were both very nice. When I went back there wasn't much to do so I went to lunch and once I came back I once again searched for new articles on the artists.
